It was just that I could've easily chosen to get all of the options after-market, and so despite all of the extra business I gave them the service didn't improve. As I said, it is the first new car I've bought and I was just expecting a lot better treatment.

By the way Ofey, have the audio control switches come in yet? I had some problems as you know with using the PM feature, but a couple more posts and hopefully that will be sorted.

Looking at sorting my premium membership soon, too.

P.S. By the way Ofey, how did you get the name of your car to fit onto two lines under your profile pic? Mine doesn't quite fit on one.

A couple more characters and yours will wrap onto two lines

Sorry, but how do you add characters? When I went into the garage and went into edit, I could only select from the drop down menus, not actually enter spaces or text.

I can edit the name.

If you look, "2009 Mitsubishi Lancer VRX Sportback" wraps over 2 lines but your "2009 Mitsubishi Lancer RX Sportback" doesn't. So you need another character in it to wrap it. Or abbreviate Sportback to SB or something.

Edit:

Changed your car to Sportsback not Sportback so now it wraps

I've just installed mine. What i've did is that i've cut flat one of the bracket holder, the straight one, not the round for self tapping screw. Once the surface is flat, i just screw in the rear holder bracket tightly from inside of the grille.
