You're too much fun ;) But let's keep on thread! haha

As for the tail lights, my final word is they are excellent in the smoked variety, fit perfectly, easy to install, and go very well with a White Lancer if you're doing the whole black and white thing :)
Looking back on my old picks with the red OEM lights....urgh!
Certainly get them, you won't regret it!

the brightness of the LED's is *not* affected.

If that's the case, then I'll grab the Chrome ones. Because, the darker ones don't look very nice on a light coloured vehcile like mine. As you can see to the left of this post, that colour is a Cool Metallic silver.

Frosty, I believe you didn't hit the wall :P

On a Cool metallic silver lancer? Nope. Just imagining it would look "not that great." I'm sure Chrome should be fine. Smoke / Black definitely would look good on your car. :)

Lol. I thought they would be a LOT more darker. But infact, they're not too bad at all. I'm going to check out someone with "black" tail lights and see how that goes. If not, then I might as well grab smoke ones like you xD

Definitely a +1 for dark lights on a light car.

Lol not totally black. But the lights which are called "Black tail lights."

I went to see a friend today who had those Black tail lights. To be honest, I would rather have those than the smokey ones. I originally wanted the chrome ones because it had a clearer look which is what I was after.
I didn't favour the darkish look.

The Black tail lights have a black tint which is pretty awesome and the actual lights are clear like the chrome ones. So yeah, that's why I'm after them. I'll take pictures once I get them installed when I return from Melbourne.
