Best way to remove vinyl?

Postby Evo_Girl » Wed Jul 11, 2012 1:35 pm

Hi guys. I want to remove the vinyl on my bonnet but before I go and just rip it off, is there a specific or a good way to remove it?

Thanks in advance :)

a little bit of heat from a hair dryer or a heat gun will make it very easy, just be careful not to get the paint to hot.

Yeah, heat it up a little, not too much and it'll be easier to come off.

It may leave some sticky residue, citrus based cleaner will easily remove it
