Window scratches on the outside

I picked up the Ralliart from the dealer around 2 weeks ago. Right at the start I noticed a few deep scratches (I can feel it with my fingernail) on a couple of the side windows (I mentioned it to the dealer and they said they will repair it at a later stage). However, on close inspection, I notice many fine scratches that are visible especially when I am driving and the sun shines on the windows. These scratches definately seem to be on the outside and not in the tint. Are these scratches expected or normal, or is just me being fussy? (or did I get crappy detailing of my car)

I think fair few of CJs have this issue.
I need to get mine fixed as well right now mines is noticeable in all forms of light.
Look in the DIY section on how to put felt into the window catching section of the door panel to prevent this further.

Make the dealer replace it.

In hindsight, I probably should have said not to detail the car, that I would wash it myself.

Yes i have heaps of scratches on my side windows noticed it washing my car on saturday
