Air vents don't seem to work that well...

Hi

Anyone else have an issue with the air vents?

My vents don’t seem to work all that well. I like to have the foot vent going as well as the vents on the dash BUT the foot well vent does not seem to blow much air. I have tried just using just the foot vent and put the fan on to its highest setting but still not much comes out of the vent.

BUT what does happen is that the fan takes about 2 seconds to get going and it sounds like the air is just hitting the underside of the dash. Is this the same in everyone’s car?

I am going to go to my dealer and try a showroom car before I go to the service dept. but thought I would post here first, don’t want to look like a dick if it is how it is suppose to work and I don’t have a problem and with summer coming I want to get it sorted before it gets too hot.

Thanks guys..The car is only 6 months old would the filter be clogged alreadt? and no I dont have climate control wish I did...lol
Its a SX 6 months old.
