Hi Guys,
For some time now Ive noticed when in direct sunlight the front silver dash trim panel on my VRX looks all bleached out and white over most of its length. You cannot see the criss cross pattern.
In the shade however it looks perfectly OK like its brand new.
The side panels on door do not seem to be affected at all.
The finish is as new, not abraded in anyway by cleaners etc.
I Was wondering if anyone else is having this problem???

I took my car in for a service yesterday and casually mentioned a problem but did not really look closely at it till I had left. I will get them to look at it and replace it under warranty when I go back next week to pick up a new drivers sun visor.

My second replacement this will be. I rarely ever use it and when you go and push it fully forward towards w/screen as far as it will go it falls back toward vertical position under its own weight and with vibration if car is moving. Only a few inches from full forward position but it then blocks my view.

Anyone else having similar problem???

can't say I am having any of these issues mate.

mine does.... i think. Yeah i'm pretty sure it does... maybe not criss cross but lines on it.... I know its not just plain.

The VRX got the black trim with a white criss cross, while the ES and VR got the silver trim

Mines look pretty same day and night but my car is mostly parked undercover so might not has happened to me. But I remember once i was cleaning the dash with the cleaning wipes and after few hours I saw these white patches everywhere on the dash. Then I wiped it again with a normal damp cloth and everything became fine then.
