Hi All,

I have recently purchased a VRX and I have noticed when I accelerate the seat rocks back and when I brake the seat rocks forward. I haven't found much info about it and was wondering if any of you legends have had a similar issue or know a fix?
I test drove an RX before I bought the VRX and it had the same problem but worse.
They seats are electric leather VRX seats.

I have similar with my VRX (non electric seats) the back sometimes moves under hard braking and acceleration.

I know its not the bolts holding it to the car floor.

I've noticed it too in my VRX with electiic drivers seat, but never noticed it in the old VRX (2008)! I notice only when taking off from a stop like from a red light! I didnt know anyone else had the same issue

From what I can find online, it looks like it could be the rubber bushes that are located on the end of the threaded road that the electric motor uses to move the seat. The only way of knowing is pulling the seat out I guess.

Just to clarify,does your seat have an electric motor to move it backward and forward?

Mine is electric

Yeah its does

Thanks Drew,looks like you'll have to have a look at the Drive worm as you said.It will only be a couple of bushes or washers to replace. Shouldn't be too hard to repair.
