Fuel Pressure Gauge
Has anyone gotten around into installing a fuel pressure gauge? Im really keen into installing one in my car but its so hard to find installation info
I don't see why you would put one on an NA Lancer, there's better use/cost mods to perform. The only reason I could see a fuel pressure gauge being useful is if you had a built motor, pushing crazy power and you had dual fuel pumps. If you only have a stock fuel pump it wouldn't matter because your car would just lose power and die.
So I'd assume you have an Evo X, best place to tap into would be the fuel rail or regulator. Most aftermarket ones already have somewhere for spot for a 1/8 NPT plug.

Yeh i dont have a EVO X. You pretty much convinced me not into getting a fuel pressure gauge
So what other peforemance mods can you do with an NA?
If you're strictly after performance mods not visual then:
- Intake: Put in a SRI or even just a drop in filter with a larger RA style snorkel.
- Exhaust: Axleback is mainly for noise, if you want performance a headerback is your best bet otherwise a catback.
- Lightweight Crank Pulley: Its lighter so it would use less power to rotate then a heavier one therefore more power reaches the wheels.
- Throttle Body: Either get one from a 4g69 or get your stock one ported and polished.
- Header: The header replaces the stock exhaust manifold. Lancer owners have two options, a 4-1 header or a 4-2-1 header.
- Cams: Best bet would be to get a custom camshaft made up.
- Manifold: Try getting an Evo X one.
