Hidden AUX cable!

So after a couple years of the frustrating AUX cable flying around, cluttering my cabin it finally broke, due to people stepping on it etc.

I wanted a way to build it into the center console a bit more so it was tidier, looked better and wasnt going to get damage.

Here are some pics of what I came up with, excuse the uncleanliness:










I just used a file to allow some space along the edges of the center console peices for the cabe to fit through.

As you can see I just ran the cable under the center console and brought it back up through the center armrest/storage area.

Hope you liked it, maybe its unoriginal haha I'm not sure..

Nice work. Thats a better place to have your ipod rather than the glovebox. Dont have to reach over to grab it out.

i moved the entire swtich/plugs into the center console. Just had to extend the wires and its 6months and not missed a beat.
