New Dash Mat - PICS!

Postby tadz0rz » Tue Apr 07, 2009 8:24 pm

Hey guys.

Just thought id post a few pics of my new dash mat. Cost me $90. Probley one of the best buys ive gotten for my lancer, looks great and its actually usefull. Apparently prices have gone up for the dash mats thats why i paid a little bit more for mine but oh well it was worth it

I got mine with the royal blue trim and royal blue "Lancer Monogram"

And i know ill probley cop it from you guys saying "uhh dash mats are for old people" "Dash mats are gay" Well. Screw you :P i love my lancer and i want to prolong its life. so :P

Enjoy!

Nice one Tadzorz. I got a dashmat last week as well after waiting 2 months for it to come from the supplier in WA - it's a bit more plain than yours though. Very interesting note though is that mine has quite a different arrangement for the airbag on the passenger side. I will take a picture and show you. Basically it has a detachable part to allow for an airbag to come out the top of the dash, around where the Lancer monogram is on yours....

Mine is a Shevron, and I'm not completely enthused with the fit and finish of it I must admit.

protect the hard plastics used in the dash from cracking in the sun light...many say u dont need it but I reckon that over time the dash could crack. plus they look noice with the coloured trim... :P
