I do think JapanParts will be cheaper with the exchange rate.

Easy, however if you car doesn't come with the cup holder, then it doesn't come with the arm rest over your center console, may as well get the whole assembly at once. the cup holder part pops out. There is a video about it i believe on the clubcj youtube channel.

Try getting the whole thing from a wreckers - as it's in the middle of the passenger compartment, they usually survive accidents unscathed...
