Window Marking

Just want to see if you guys have the same thing and if yes how to fix it?

Whenever I wind down my window, lets say half way down and few minutes later when I wind it back up, there will be a line marking in the middle of the window and a mark on the top of the window(which due to the window hides in the door frame). Is that normal? Is there any fix for it? Is really annoying!

Would it affect if I tint the window?

mines tinted havnt noticed the center mark but i have a somewhat like scratch along the top of the window in my tint from where its hidden in the door.... rather annoying when the windows half way down tho..... and i think it shows up more with tint so yeah...
But never seen a mark when its half way down and i drive with the half down alot :S

Yeah I've got multiple scratches at the top where the windows hide in the door, they're really noticeable too
