Oh and did you have the sx spoiler before hand? Did the holes match up with this one?

Any rough idea on prime and paint cost? And do you know if the drilling holes will match with oem sx spoiler?
Thanks

No clue.
Depends on how good a job you want and how close you want it matched.

I can show you pictures when I get home tonight. You decide when you see it.

hey i bought the one of the link i put up (ebay) yes i had the sx spoiler on it and the holes matched up perfectly, the paint was a match to my car paint (rally red) well i couldn't tell the difference

it wasn't hard to install comes with bolts and everything you need

i considered it cheap as i was quoted $250 to get it painted and my near by panel beater

hope that helps

it bolts on to the 2 holes of either side where the sx spoiler is

just to let you know there is foam pad and double sided tape on the sx spoiler to hold it down that you need to get rid of after you unbolt the sx spoiler

took me a while to get it off

Similar to the adhesive behind the badges?
Did the paint match well to your car?

yes the paint matched prefectly and its stuck on like the adhesive on the badge but there is a foam pad in between the boot lid and the spoiler the protect it i guess pretty straight forward install

unbolt sx spoiler
remove adhesive between boot lid and spoiler
place new vrx spoiler and and bolt down into the existing holes
