Obvious question here but what's so great about the Evo X factory BOV relative to an aftermarket one other than the fact it looks (and is) stock?

Maybe they want to keep it stock i.e. Mitsu OEM?

Also from a material POV, The Evo ones are metallic body while the RA ones are plastic? Better quality then?

As ofey said, the evo x bov holds a lot higher psi and it surely cheaper then any new BOV?

I put the standard X metal BOV on for the exact reason Ofey mentioned, it is just better quality and my boost levels are held more constant for longer than was the case with the plastic RA valve. Cheap and effective upgrade :D

No mate, sounds no different, just gained better smoother power when I combined it with the wastegate upgrade so it holds boost on longer and stronger now, went from 25PSI back to around 20PSI & atwkw went up and the power curve smoothed out, it is in the RA performance dyno graphs if you interested :D

I got one $120 shipped. Has a bit of weather wear but everything works fine.
