WTB: VRX Alloy

The other day I managed to take a small chunk out of my front passenger mag. It made me cry because I have been so careful to avoid scuffing these wheels (by not letting anyone else drive the car). Another wheel is $400 from Mitsu and push come to shove, I will pay the dollars and the damaged wheel will become a full size spare.
Does anyone else want a full size spare for a VRX? If so maybe if I can find another 3 people who want one, and someone selling 4 VRX wheels then we can individually purchase 1 wheel instead of having to purchase all 4.
On the flip side if someone is selling all 4 and is happy for $400, I will take all 4.

Yeah same here - def want one - was going to buy a steelie and use that, but if an alloy became available for a reasonable price I'd be in.
For the record - my darling wife scraped her second VRX alloy the other day. Seeing the second one scratched was easier than the first time it happened hahaha...

Well speedie sold me his spare (coming soon gotta powder coat it though). So he has 4 left.
If there are 4 of you (each buying 1), it'd be possible. 1 more then??

Well there is 4 in QLD I am looking at. If the other people cover me the cost in driving up and back (within reason) then I am happy to go get them and bring them back. The 4 rims are 350, so less than $100 each for a rim and compensation for my drive up and back.
I am happy to bring it down from QLD to Newcastle/Sydney so it will save on freight to Melb. I am hell keen to get a wheel back on the car without a chunk missing guys so I hope you're all keen too!!

How much did you pay for one? How much would he sell two for? I can get one for me and bring one back for Cat in Sydney as well.
I am going to be late for work but Melb or QLD it phases me not ... I WANT A NEW WHEEL!

I assume you guys realise how small your boot will be once you put a full size wheel in there.
If any of the Sydney guys want to see, give me a yell on Thursday night and I will show you. I have the foam OEM kit from Mitsu as well. Just a note, the original mounting screw for the spare is too short, so you will need to get a new bolt if you don't go the OEM kit.
I can try take some pics, but it is very hard to tell in the pic.....

Good move Chris.
I hate how small my boot is, but I can't stand the thought of doing that F3 again on a spacesaver!!

Yeah you lose about 80mm of depth from the boot, but worth it IMHO.
I have the genuine kit and a brand new genuine alloy. I bought it for $300 I think off 33ASY.

less then 100? im down! lol. or has it been sold?
im guessing no tread?

Yeah mate I think these are all minus tread. Being that it's going to be a spare though you can get a slightly cheaper tyre with a different tread pattern if required.
I know the sedan boot becomes tiny with a full size spare but I have a sportback with an adjustable depth flood so I am thinking I should have more than enough clearance with the floor in it's highest position.
Another + to owning the Sportback
