Looking to buy a set of lower control arms from the rear of a VRX!
I really want to buy a whiteline adjustable swaybar, but unfortunately I do not have the right set up underneath

Only problem tiff is on the my 12 and onwards you need to get the exhaust changed from passing through the right hand rear suspension to the early way where it runs straight down the centre to be able to fit a rear swaybar

Not to hijack the thread but I have an MY09 VRX with rear sway bar and was wondering if the exhaust could go through the suspension, I guess the answer is no.

I didn't know that.
Someone should make up a "How to", fit rear sway bar to the newer models. At a meet I might look at a few cars and work out what exactly is required. Or if someone has a new model maintenance disc?

What do you mean go through the suspension?
Do you mean through the rear cross member rather than underneath?

Just create your own thread.

Troy, I have custom fabricated my own sway bar mounts for fitting it to the rear of a MY12 onwards with out the need to replace the expensive rear control arms. My MY14 Es has a rear sway bar now. But to do so I needed a custom exhaust fitted and changed its parts to the same as the early lancers.

Why? To answer a question already answered here.

Also need the mounting brackets that go over the D bush and bolt onto the subframe to retain the sway bar to the chassis. As these do not come in with the whiteline kit and are a genuine part, whiteline do not make them either.
Also to make your search easier. You can get the rear lower arms off any lancer pre MY12 as they are all the same except for AWD models. It does not need to be off a VRX specifically.
