Looking to put them in my Prado, same size as lancer, but Prado speakers are TERRIBLE! and not whiling to spend to much money on audio!

wont fit, due to them being built into the mount hardware unless you want the grind the little hooks off and screw then through the mount

I have stock front speakers from an MY15 Lancer ES Sport, but i feel like when you say stock, you're looking for Rockford Fosgate?

Yes Mark i'm cashing Rockford atm, worst case scenario i will go with ES

concentrating now to get the Prado fixed atm, as someone rear ended me few weeks back
