Hi,

I'm in need of replacing my suspension because the rear left is leaking and the fronts are starting to make noise, would prefer if it comes with lowered springs but stock springs will be entirely okay too.

Would prefer if price includes shipping. *trying my luck here lol*

Located in Adelaide, 5107.

Pedders do lowered springs. About $95 front and back. Not sure on pricing of the shocks. Paul (I think it's Paul?) at Ridgehaven is good.

I have a set of stock RA struts with Eibach pro lowering springs. They have a total of 160000kms on them but no leaks at all. The lowering springs have been on there for 55000kms.
I'm located in Newcastle NSW.
PM if you are interested. :D

Maybe try and get a hold of some Bilsteins off an Evo if you can and have them revalved to match your springs

But depends on what your budget is

Avoid Kings - if you're looking for springs get either H&R, Eibach Pros or Sport

Thanks for the tip! I'll put that in mind.

How much do you think it'd cost to get them revalved?

Not sure but doubt it'll be much - check with Car Torque in SA (looks like they are an auth dealers for Bils)

Will be a good investment IMO since your shocks will match your springs

I'll likely will go down this route once i finish my other mods

The evo front suspension can be used but without a swaybar as the end links connect to the strut on the lancer but not the evo. The rear suspension just plain wont fit as it is a lot longer than the lancer suspension.

Wicked, thanks for clearing that up Jarryd, wasn't completely sure if the Evo Bils would fit without issues - that's a pity the rears don't bolt up, would be a nice upgrade

Seriously just $190 to get 4 lower springs for any CJ?

Don't want to hijack the thread but would I need new shocks?
My VRX has about 90k on them, I think they are the original shocks.

Also what can I expect to pay to get them installed?

If your stock shocks are in decent condition should be ok for a while but adding aftermarket springs to stock shocks will eventually shorten there lifespan -

190$ is very cheap for a set a springs

Install cost depends on shops but they can charge between $200-$400 (from my previous experience) just shop around or if any CJ members are around you they might be able to help install them, then just get an alignment after
