I have 3.... I can send you one. a mate just sold his evo and asked me to sell it for him - let me just verify that it works, I am sure he would be happy with 100 or so for it

what broke on yours?

they are ~AUD$200 delivered new aren't they? I haven't purchased one for years.
so half price for something that has been used a handful of times seems pretty fair to me.
I know that aussie vendors sell new ones upwards of $250!

If they are worth less than that I will just keep it for a spare and give the cash to my buddy :)

Yes, the usb plug is broken, tried to solder it, but didn't really worked.
Rather buy a new, don't want to take the chance to use a doggy one especially on the ECU

Seb - drop a line to tactrix - they DO fix them when that happens, as it happens quite frequently.
you will need to pay for shipping there and back but if you don't need one urgently I would do that.

I suspect they don't "fix" them but just send new ones out. I am sure they cost about $5 for them

Seb, are you after the USB cable or the actual Tactrix device?

Reason I said that, is coz the thread is about the cable... not the tactrix itself. Well, from what I understood here anyway.

Glad most of the people got the idea. Yes, i need the actual TACTRIX device. not the USB/PS3/CAMERA data cable... :)
I'll fix the topic as well
Cheers

Already open it and broke a plastic leg from the cover when i tried to solder the plug, so i'm pretty sure they not gonna replace it.
I'll give it a crack tho
