Local is probably a bit hard. On the other forums in the USA there's heaps of evo x parts going around fairly cheap.
Of course shipping is a bit costly,

Re the Upper IC pipe try Ultimate Racing (Canada). They can ship via USPS which takes 10 or so days but is reasonably cheap.

Tomei and AMS sell rebranded OEM metal BOVs which you mite be able to source for potentially cheaper than OEM stuff on Ebay/online

I agree with Marc to check out Ultimate Racing. Just got my set from them on monday.
Also see if you can contact the chief buyer here. They can get OEM parts cheaper normally

AMS just sells the oem XI metal BPV. which can use on ur RA.. just need a longer vacuum line.
