Hey Guys!
Obviously just joined, and already just by browsing both the forums and the facebook pages and twitter pages this club definitely looks awesome.
My name is Sam Strachan, i currently live in Cronulla in Sydney in New South Wales. I recently bought a new 2010 Lancer SX, Red, and am really loving the car.
So far I havent done anything to modify it yet, but cant wait to start. Firstly i am going to start by getting new wheels for it, and will see where i want to go after that.
So yeah just wanted to say hi!!

Welcome! Wheels are a good place to start, when i first got my lancer i put it off, but going up to at least an 18" instantly gives the car a much sharper look. Then try some DIY's hehehe. i hope you have lots of money to spend on mods here

yeah definitely cant wait....meant to be going overseas early next year so im "meant" to be saving for that at the moment. Yeah 18" definitely is the way to go first. Which place did you use for your wheels and if you have any other site recommendations, i might start looking around now
Any help would be massively appreciated!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome!! Il definitely look into that NSW Meet up and do my best to make it.
I did spend a couple of hours yesterday checking out everyone elses cars that they have posted up, and all look amazing, definitely cant wait to add mine and begin working on mine!!

Hey Sam! Welcome.
Nice to see you're impressed with out site and member's rides. Definately lots of inspiration to be gained from other member's rides.
Like Doreen said, we're organising a rotating location tri-weekly mini-meet schedule. So our first one is this thursday, so even you're more than welcome to come. Else if you can't make it, next one is planned I believe early Sept for a meet in the East/South region. There are also some cruises in Sept coming as well. One to Wollombi and another to Bathurst, so it would be a fun drive if you can join.
Anyway, I've rambled on long enough, welcome and we'll see you lots around here....
