Hi all!

David from Melbourne, a newbie to the forum and to Mitsubishi. Not long in a 2010 Aspire. Stumbled across the site; looks like I shall be spending the night burning through old posts to catch up.

hey mate, welcome to the club.

Where part of Melbourne are you from? As mentioned, we're meeting up this Friday and we've got a national meet as well, early December. We'd love to meet you during any of these meets (and any future meets).

Take your time going through the forum, there's a lot of long nights ahead...I would suggest looking in your interest areas and going from there. :)

Again, welcome and take it easy.

Alas this Friday I'm already booked but I'll make sure I'm available for the next meet! Will be great to meet you all then. :)

Aspir3, no harm in bias. ;) Went plain ol' white; I do a lot of driving for work and I need to keep it looking business like and stock...ish.
I think the Aspire sells itself. The other half has an ES hatch, I went to look at the Outlander, saw the Aspire, said "want!". There really isn't much in its class when it comes bang for buck when you take appointment, performance, handling, and warranty.

Will need to dig the camera out and take a few pics I think. This is the first car I've had that hasn't gone straight to camera after leaving the dealership - Slack of me.

Always found that a good community is a great source of knowledge and understanding - Looking forward to learning and contributing. :)

Working on one or two projects at the moment, mainly related to ODBII integration and hypermiling. Someone may find that of interest.

Cheers all. :)

Ack sorry, missed you there kinesis.

I'm out west in Tarneit, towards Werribee. Not my preferred location but really close to work (Laverton North). Only been out this way for the last few months; grew up in the Northern burbs, Kingsbury > Reservoir > Mernda > South Morang.

Heh. Late nights indeed. Think I stumbled off to bed last eve after 02:00. Looks like it is going to be a long week to catch up. Dying to ask questions but I'm holding off until I'm better acquainted with questions past.

Cheers. :)

I think most of us have been there before... hehe. Be sure to use the search function, don't hesitate to resurrect old threads either. Always good to refresh memories and also bring things to the attention of new members. :)
