I don't understand your problem. If the ETACS ECU is at fault, why is it you think that changing a relay will help? Where are there relays in an ECU? An ECU is a black box device like a computer's motherboard. Mitsu will never allow anyone to know the internals of an ECU. And if a transistor or something is at fault in there, I think that's the end of your ECU.

The MUT 3s/w probably tells you that the ETACS ECU has detected a fault. Big difference between detecting a fault and IS THE FAULT.

Now if a fuse has blown you can replace it.
Have you considered checking the fuse which ties in to your signal lamps?

hi there... days in a year, either 365 / 366, 365 make sense :)

no Ra coz it wasn't sold here :)

MUT3 shows a fault, "turn signal short curcuit" something like that...

n service center told it's the etacs internal, then a check with mitsu ppl, they says there's relay in the ecu etacs which could be the culprit,
fuse is all ok,

when we erase detail on mut3, it works for few second b4 the signal n hazard died again, means fuse n singal all in working condition but etacs detect abnormal activity hence they cut power to signal,

i think there's 2 posiility, wiring to signal / hazrad at fauklt hence short curcuit detected or the relay tat controls the signgal is as fault :)

Try this.

Take out all of your signal bulbs or connectors. There are 6 in the car. 2 front, 2 side and 2 back.

Slowly test 1 by 1. Then 2 by 2 and so on.
See if any one set is at fault. You could at least narrow down a wiring loom problem.

You do realise you can download a copy of the Mitsubishi Service manual online and then find your relay there.
