Hi All,
Long time Mitsubishi fan but I only recently moved back into the driving of one. My first new car was a 1999 VRX coupe but i got the bug for power and moved over to an R33 skyline...
Now over 10 years later i have an Evo X GSR with the SST box in Lightning blue... its the second evo in the last 4 months... the first was 5 weeks old when the hail storm wrote it off... i hope to have the blue on this week.
Cheers
Mike

Welcome to the club Mike.
Gee that must have been a big hail storm, to ride the old one off.
Best of luck with the new one.

Big is right... i put pics in another forum... driving home took me 3 hours rather then 30min and the water was over the brembos in spots... I am just greatful that my wallet and car were the worst things affected... could have been much worse given the idiots i saw on the road still doing 100...

um... now you got me thinking... i'm pretty sure High Wycombe is SoR? I never really did get the hang of that whole "river" thing, even though i've lived in Perth almost 10 years! lol.
Probably shouldn't have mentioned my suburb...
good luck hunting it down though, Wycombe is a big town, haha.
Btw Mike, also nice to have another "oldie" here (in comparison to most of the other guys). This is now my sole aim... RA at 27, Evo MR at 30... lol.

Not sure how to take that!
I aimed for 30 and managed 31... not too bad.
I considered the MR but to be honest, it did not offer anything the GSR did not already... plus i could aftermarket most of the bitz cheaper.
Thanks for the warm welcome guys!
