hey all,
just picked up my new Lancer Ralliart late last week and decided to look for a group as passionate about the new lancer as much as i am, so here i am!
once i figure out how to post pics/update my sig i will but for now i have a black Ralliart sedan, pretty much completely stock and loving it!
on a side note does anybody know where to pick up OEM Ralliart floor mats for a good price in AUS?

thanks all for the warm welcome!
in order of precedence (money available mostly) these are my plans for the car:
*Ralliart Mats
*Metal Scuff plates (OEM or ClubCJ? Hmmmmm....)
*floor illumination
i love the look of those x factor folding mirrors too, any ideas on difficulty though? i can solder/terminate connections (i'm an AVTECH)
probably more lighting work, and i think shadow black wheels would look really tough on a black lancer but i'm undecided....
any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated!

yeah i saw that mod with the colt switch, pity it wasn't uber-indepth, but never fear i found the mirror install post which answers all my questions anyway!
yeah im still drooling over my car, cant really help it when it gets dragged out of your mouth as you accelerate!
im not sure whether to paint the rims or just go aftermarket... im no surface finisher so ill say the second option is the safest!

yeah I didn't make the DIY for the Colt Switch in depth, as the install guide Shadows supplies with the mirrors covers everything. And you wouldn't be doing the switch without the mirrors anyway.
But if you do the mirrors, run the wire at the same time. Even if you don't put the switch in straight away. That means when you go to put the switch in at a later date, it's not a 2 hour job but a 10 minute one.
Reason is, it takes a while to pull the wiring through the door rubber snakes, so doing it once is the best way. Not twice like myself and ofey. But you get that when you're the first!
I came up with the idea and did all the work figuring out how to wire it in etc so thank me haha

yeah the guide tells you how to rip the poor car apart but not how to piece it together afterwards! im assuming its just the same but in reverse... definitely looks like a weekend job though, the results look awesome but!
ill probably end up doing both at the same time, and im sure all those pictures make a lot more sense once you look inside the panels, got a bit lost there....
if i was going to do foot well illumination should i do that at the same time?
