Well so far it is pretty fun. I never knew conversing with people who have the same car would be this much fun :)

What low costing performance mods would everyone recommend?

I kind of want to get a sports exhaust put on but im not sure which one/which sound i want to go for. My last car was way too loud, but i want something that sounds good. I also want to get some extractors put on as well... So... Anyone got rough prices and places on the central coast to get it done at?

Hey Jake, there is a place at Erina I would recommend to do the exhaust. He did a resonator back mild steel system for $330. You can also go stainless and brandname at get much dearer.

As your post count increases, so does your status :)

Ahh k cool :)

Awsome! I dont want a big loud coppa attractor or a 'drone' for freeway driving either. Id like to hear your one lazy, i just had a geezer at some of your photos. But 330 sounds pretty good, by resonator do you mean cat back?

Nah, the standard exhaust has the cat then a resonator then the rear muffler. Most of the guys go for an axle back as there is a flange there. The guy who did mine actually cut mine off just past the resonator and joined from there. I wanted it tucked as far up under the car as I could.

I live on property and our driveway can get pretty hairy after rain. Didn't want it scraping.

We will have to organise a CC meet.... just been waiting for some more members to join!!

Ahh ok. Sounds pretty good to me, a 'tucked up' exhaust as you put it would suit me just brilliantly as i live on a dirt road and it too can get a bit hairy at times...

No point in getting a nice polished exhaust if it is going to cop rocks etc, and they are a lot more expensive, but hell they look good!!!

I can find the guys details when you decide to do it. I shopped around and this guy was slightly dearer than some of the others, but he actually thought about what he was doing.
