So ye this is my Lancer CY0 150hp DI-D from 2011, I bought it second-hand June 2016, my second car to own, my first was a Peugeot 307 so ye this was definitely an awesome car upgrade for me.

I was wondering if CY0 uses the same parts as CJ? As I'm going to do some mods to my CY0 this year.
Atm I have lowered it by 60mm and painted the chrome listing at the front black, swapped the default air filter out with a performance one from K&N.

I'm looking to do following mods this year:
1. Get a pair of black rims I think 19" atm I'm on 18". (eventually I'll paint the current)
2. New head lights.
3. Bigger inter-cooler, the default small one looks kinda gayish....
4. Dual exhaust.
5. Back-bumper replacement to a more sporty one, I actually wanted to mod the default, but I drove backwards into a stone in my blind spot, so it cracked a bit.

Will I have problem doing these mods using CJ parts for my CY0 ?

You wouldn't buy one anyway. It's not green enough for you ;)

for me, headlights, i'd recommend the ones from MARS. Place based in Melbourne they do sick headlights. as well as other parts. Not sure if they make them or just sell them. il send the link bellow. I also got LED tail lights from them too. im running 17 inch speedy rims on my car. still yet to get an exhaust but want to run a rapid exhaust system with a resonator delete.

I guess i also pose a question for some of the more experienced lancer owners who have an exhaust system on their car, now the exhaust system i want is as follows and there is a video to play on the link http://mufflerswollongong.com.au/mitsub ... cial-26000 if i am too get that and put a cannon on the end of the exhaust with a resonator delete do you think that will make the sound be better or worse?

*Should see the pics bellow of what it looks like on*

Are those DRLs so they are on all the time when the car is running?

Theres a few links on ebay just type Lancer LED headlights, and yeah i had a few issues with them, mines a thicker bar to begin with like the L shape according to the people selling it so take with a grain of salt. and yes the are projectors i had to wind the headlight before putting it on as the low beam globe was sitting too low. that another thing, the stock globe from the original headlight (low beam) won't fit in the new ones that i got. there different sizes up to 7 i think. They all fit different headlights, at the time i went to Autobarn and bought $120 low beam globes got "blue" ones but they come up more clear/off blue so it went well with the car. However the outer led bar is a bluer colour than the low beam globe so i would have like a more blue colour. But they are about $60 online for the same brand i bought the Philips brand, the ones i got were apparently just illegal, but they don't sit very high and IMO aren't that bright compared to some big Utes and brand new mercs and audi's that come out new. so i would have gone brighter too if i could have. the headlights did come with highbeam built in, but a yellow colour same as most factory cars. but low beam get the globes online and save money. when you unlock the car they turn on, they work like parkers, i leave mine on all the time, for obvs reasons on parker setting lol. But you dont have to have them on the whole time.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Philips-H3-C ... SwqfNXiINS -Think these are the same ones i got not sure about the correct H size though but im 90% sure.

they are a 4,300K think next time id go for the 5000k i think the brighter u get the bluer the light can be, just dont get yellow low beam halogen imo. if you are going to buy a globe ( which you have to) may as well get the bluer globe, makes the car look a lot less cheap. Infact if i was to buy any car that came with the yellow halogen globe that the first think i would to to replace the car.
