Hey guys,

Nice to meet you, newbie here. I've been wanting to own a Lancer and now it's finally came true! :D

Mine is 2012 Black Lancer MY13, ES CJ Automatic. Not the Ralliart version, but it's already more than enough for me :)

It's coming to 90K service, so probably will read and join discussion for that topic.

:hallo:

Welcome! :D

The 90k service is the major one, it can be very expensive through Mitsubishi, even worse if you own a CVT!

Thanks for the warm welcome :D

Yeah it is! I checked through fixedp***ecars***ice.com.au and it's starting $600 on Sat.
I just bought this car last week (used car dealer) and I really love it.

Although there's a bit of unsettling sound from under the hood which I didn't notice during test drive
It appears only when I put in D and around 1,200-1,500 RPM. Like a hollow metal pipe vibrates with another metal.
Not that loud, but definitely noticeable.

So I was thinking to move forward my major service now. 8K left till 90,000KM though..

I had a manual 2008 VRX, cost be 525 for the 90k service, they quoted me 700 then 625 over the phone, went and picked it up and it was only 525! Was pretty happy considering that was through Mitsubishi too! CVT costs about another 200 because of the CVT fluid!

Doesn't hurt either just to ring around dealers and see what they can do, they all vary!

Thank you :)

That's a great Lancer you have over there  the stripe LED light gives a degree of European feels into it.
