ClubCJ - The CJ Lancer Club

Dear All,

How's it going everyone? Just wanna introduce myself, name's Kian Hong. I'm from Malaysia and used to stayed in Newcastle, Australia for a while for my Master's Degree.

I have owned my Lancer GT 2.0 Mivec CVT for the past 7 years. Now i am looking into turbocharging my ride to add some spice to it. Unfortunately in Malaysia, tuners are very skeptical of CVT transmission vehicle and don't usually take up the challenge to turbocharging it. So here i am, seeking open minds on the internet and hopefully, get my ride turbo'ed.

Notice you have owned the car for 7 years, so, presume its a CJ.
Other than RalliArt and EVO I believe all other auto CJ's are CVT
and I do believe there are some around that have added a turbo.

check threw the relevant threads and see if you can pick one up.

By the way I also come from KL or actually Batu Caves moved
to Australia in 1951. Great Country. Granddad was original owner
