You can find a lot of information and opinions here. I know quite a few people enjoy modifying any Lancer, and others will say you should get a Ralliart or Evo...but it's all about what YOU want to do. If you'd enjoy making your current car into something else, go for it. If you want to start with something that's got a bit more already under the bonnet, then kick over to a Ralliart or Evo.
If you have any mechanical questions, feel free to poke at me. I might not know the specific little things about Lancers quite yet, but I'm a decent mechanic.
