Modding 07 VRX

Postby robzeh » Thu Jul 30, 2015 10:36 pm

Hey guys and girls, just picked myself up a 07 vrx sedan.
After a couple of things for the car, keen to see if you guys could help out?
I'm after:
- vrx wheels with decent tread
- bonnet bra
- some sort of lip for the front which joins the two pods together ? ( if it exsists)

Thanks guys look forward to modding!

Hello and welcome. Meets are also a good way to find info :)

I think you are after a V-lip...a couple of members have bonnet bras - not sure where they got it from

Start with Mars Performance, Scorpion or Rainbow Pen for body kits etc

If you have Facebook - join Aus CJ and i can tag a couple of people who might be able to help

eBay and GumTree often have VRX wheels, price will very depending on condition starting at around $500 but that might be without tires.

Can I ask when wheels it has now?

Thanks guys, will do.

At the moment it has some really ugly black and silver CSW wheels, with brand new tread!
Maybe someone may be able to swap with me?

Stock VRX wheel in good condition can cost as much as nice after market wheels, so it might be worth checking out some of them.

Assuming the wheels you have are 18" the tires can be swapped, if you buy wheels from a wheel and tire dealer they may swap the tires for you at no charge. No harm in asking.

Another option is painting the current wheels, that can do wonders for the appearance.
