Got a '91 CB Lancer SE hatch, now upgrated to '11 CJ Lancer SX hatch.

I have a question about the position lamp indicator lamp that is on the dashboard.

Just got this car and driving with the lights on for the very first time, when I turn the headlights on, the position lamp indicator lamp lights up and stays lit.

I checked and the headlights are on and the position lamps are on.

Is this the usual or is the light suppose to go off when the headlights are on? As I am worried that the indicator lamp on the dashboard is always lit.

South of the city.

As the above picture shows ^ I have circled the indicator lamp that is on all the time simultaneously with the headlights.

Is this normal for a CJ Lancer?

Looks normal to me! I have an early VRX and have a very similar light appear on my dash when my lights are on!
