Hi Everyone!
Just purchased my first new Car 2 weeks ago.
It's a 2012 Lancer Activ Sportback.
Fantastic car to drive and the list of mods is growing :D

Real first name: James
Location: Hills Area Sydney
Model: 2012 Activ Sportback
Colour: White
General interests: Music and Cars
Current mods: 18" Motorvatr Rims, Replaced most lights with LEDs, Tint.
Planned mods: Have ordered a rear Diffuser and will be put on next week by Concord Customs to complete the Ralliart body kit on the Activ. Also looking at changing the headlights and ordering a dual Cat-back twin exhaust from Xforce.
How you found out about ClubCJ: Friend of mine told me about it :)

Thanks!

How ya going mate welcome I noticed there you mentioned the xforce dual pipe exhaust good choice on that I have one on my sportsback but you may run into a problem I believe that the 2012 models have a completely different exhaust setup compared to earlier models with my 09 model the exhaust runs through the center of the car where the newer ones exhaust runs down the drivers side and unfortunatley the xforce sysem

welcome james,

im not to sure on where the xforce are at with making a direct bolt on kit for the new 2012, i do remember seeing a post someone asking but carnt remember,

but personally you might be better off with a custom axel back but still retaining where the original exhaust bolts up to, just an idea :)

custom exhaust also comes with a different note to most other lancers, and being unique like mine :)

enjoy mate.

In regards to the exhaust, Yeah I noticed that it runs through the centre where as on the 2012 models it goes down the right hand side, they might bring a new version out soon, who knows. At least with the rear diffuser im putting on it has a fake left exhaust tip :p
But will probably have to get a custom one done which I got quoted $850 :/

Would love to come to some of the meets and see what people have done to the cars.

Haha cheers :) Yeah Sportback's are good! Though it took a while for me to like them, as I much preferred the sedan. But due to the fact I play drums I needed the hatch for carting my kit around.

Understand mate...i just didnt want the same as everyone else would have ...plus the hatch as you say is more flexible.

Yeah true that, there arn't many hatches around... well there are stock es's but in regards to any that are modded. But defenantly a good choice!
