Evening all.
I've been in the Mitsubishi fraternity for a while now. I've owned 2 Magnas, dad has a Magna and mum has a mirage. I've loved Lancer's since I learned to drive in one 17 years ago.
Anyway, I couldn't go past the Mitsubish 0.9% finance offer, and when the dealer came to the party to match my budget I picked up a spangly Lancer Activ. This is my first ever new car, and I'm loving driving it - the car is much more alive than my Magna.

Real first name: David
Location: Parafield Gardens, SA
Model: Active (manual)
Colour: Silver
General interests: sports, gardening, family
Current mods: dust
Planned mods: basic suspension tuning and perhaps a bit of breathing
How you found out about ClubCJ: web search
..anything else you want to entertain us with: I have a baby due in 4-6 weeks

Welcome mate! I also had a Magna before my ES. Its a totally different drive. Like moving from a tugboat to one of those things they use in the yacht races lol.

Boat is exactly how I used to describe the drive of the Magna. Great car for putting stuff in and for towing stuff though. New chapter, new needs, and a lot more fun :)

The Magna has feather-light steering with no feedback at all, but I have to admit that the dash was better made than the CJ. Lancers have been very friendly to small families, so your little one is in for a nice ride.
