I would like to give my honest opinion about the lip. As your car is very low already, chances are it will scrape, particularly on humps and parking barriers. So unless you're very careful, it might end up being more of an eyesore than eye candy.
If you want to mattefy the front bumper, for a black car I suggest having the rest of the body detailed so it can be more noticeable.
