ClubCJ - The CJ Lancer Club

Hey guys and gals, just thought Id post up an intro of me seeing as im new in this site.

First up, my name is Michael and I am situated at suburb called Mt Druitt aka Mounty County. I had just picked my Burgundy or Red (incase Im colour blind) MY09 RalliArt Lancer today. I had traded my 2001 Nissan Silvia for the RA because I need a four door car but didnt want to go back to NA or buy an 6 or 8 cylinder sedan.

I enjoy meeting new people who are into motorsports or cars/motorbikes in general. As well as my RA, I ride a 03 ZX6R. Currently my RA is stock as a rock but slowly I will definitely modify her focusing more on the performance over the looks.

I was looking around the net to see if there are any forums for the RA and came across CLUBCJ. Had a look around the forum and found some interesting things so I decided to sign up.

Im pretty laid back and definitely dont bite so feel free to say hello. Also Im sure that there are a lot of knowledgeable people here so I would be asking a lot of questions in relation to how to get more power out of my RA.

Well thats all from me for now but Im sure this wont be my last post.

Welcome, Keen to see your silvia mate! And just out of curiosity, what made you go for the RA instead of a EVO 7-9?

with a couple of relatively cheap mods, ie exhaust, tune, u can go from 136kw to up to 180kw.
after that it starts costing money

Only thing I can show you of my Silvia are pics. I traded her for the RA. I was originally going to go for the EVO 8 but my wife cant drive a manual and I dont really want a cop magnet and specially dont want a hoon magnet. The RA can be driven by both my wife and i and also its not something that will catch the eye of cops on the road as an evo 8 would.

Exhaust and tune will help the RA go to 180kw atw? I was going to speak to MRT Performance and enquire seeing as they a package for the RA.
