here is the 3 satin coats on the gen, it took a primer, and 3 coats of satin. then dis 4 coats of gloss and 2 clear coats.

i'm not a fan of carbon, to be honest i hate the look of it, but the weight reduction properties are what attracted me to buy it. thats also a 2' stubby antenna, just finishes it all off.

Fair enough if you don't like it...

As for saving weight, yes it is carbon, but you are still adding it to your car, so there is still a weight gain :lol:

yeah thats true i'm aware of the weight, but carbon is stronger than fibreglass so it was a better choice for my needs.
