Well, pulling off the door trim is an excellent excuse to buy better fronts if they're stock!

I doubt it will be stock if its all amped....

From the sounds of the build, I wouldn't be too surprised. No word on the brand of the amp/sub (if it has one). But you're right, it's more likely to have aftermarket fronts. The question is, are they better than stock? :P
