Welcome mate.
You will definitely notice some huge differences between the CH and CJ.
If u are picking up a brand new car with only a few km on it then I would like to advise if u are driving it back out to the country somewhere for the first 30-40km on the clock give it some good hard acceleration runs and vary your speeds and rpms to give the engine a good run in and help bed the rings in properly on the newly honed cylinders.

Please do not baby it in this very critical first few km.
Vary the loads on the engine, as I said some good hard 0-100kmh runs etc that require high power and cylinder pressures will help.
There is a thread on this topic somewhere but just thought I would mention it as it needs to be done when u first get the car in the first 30-40km .

I figure u won't have time to go thread searching.
Enjoy and have a safe trip.

All smiles this morning, getting going soon :D

If u are picking up a brand new car with only a few km

Yes..... yes.....YESSS :)

for the first 30-40km on the clock give it some good hard acceleration runs and vary your speeds and rpms to give the engine a good run in

Will do, comming back thru hills, nice twisty turny roads with a few straight bits to go quick on.

Please do not baby it in this very critical first few km.

Drive it like you stole it ! :P

Enjoy and have a safe trip.

Thanks :D
