I'm in Castle Hill, so i'm close by to alot of you guys. Finally got around to ordering the car today. I'm not going to get it for another week, but the anticipation is killing me.

Couldn't afford a MY10 2010 model, but I managed to get a New MY09 09 VRX with 3 K's on the clock. The guy said it's one of the last brand new ones in Sydney, I find that hard to believe, but for 30K with the Rockford system and reversing sensors, I couldn't complain. Plus he was really nice for a car salesman. Now all I need is enough money for the mods im planning.

So my dealership finally called, and my car will be ready on Tuesday. Since this is my first car, I'm very inexperienced with what I should be looking for in the car before I take delivery.

What should I be checking to make sure everything is in order, apart from checking the body for scratches etc I'm clueless so any help would be appreciated.

Hey Marc
You'll love the VRX, its a great car
Just check general condition for scratches dents, marks on upholstery, that sort of thing
Get them to show you how to work all the controls etc including Bluetooth setup it really helps!
You shouldnt have any issues, but just in case it has a great warranty.

I'm a great fan of the RTFM theory, myself.

I got them to show me the controls and such, checked the general condition as Mizta_B said, and checked the tyre pressure (I got a digital pressure gauge before hand).

When I ordered my car, did the deal and picked up my car I knew more than my dealer ever did... And they went to the training night
