Yeah, looks great!

What kind of exhaust did you get? You'll need more photos once it's all kitted up!

Cheers, yes totally agree with you black & a few other colour options would've been ideal,White is the new black and a colour I'm swaying towards as well.
My plan originally was to sell the VRX upon completion of paying off which was last year in Dec & buy an Evo or RA but had a change of heart thus decided to keep the VRX & add a few mods, it's becoming a bit of an obsession.

I'll post up a few pics of the finishing product, it's hard to get the right angle on black cars!

Exhaust I went with the following:

Axl Back, dual outlet 2 1/4" mandrel bend sports muffler w/stainless black 2 1/4 " to 4"Took a few days to settle in, nice deep tone not too loud which is what I was after.

Guys I'm having issues trying to upload pictures from a file, I'm dragging the file over however not displaying the photo?

Oops! overlooked second page. Looks great, everything looks well fitted, hard to tell precisely from photos.
Would have preferred the rear diffuser a shade lighter in colour but to each their own!! :D

Unfortunately this forum has a tendency to take photos and turn them to any angle it decides
It has happend to me before and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it from a phone.

Thanks Sarusa, if u look close enough there are a few minor imperfections but they can be fixed quite easily. It's in the blood now I keep thinking ok what can I do next on the car?

If you would've asked me this time last year if ever considered adding mods onto my car wouldn't of thought twice, this endeavour has only come about in the last 6 months and gee it's a learning curb especially for me who has minimal knowledge on mods.

This forum is a great platform for knowledge and advice.

Which twin muffler did you fit? Whichever, if your still with the original induction snorkel. Purchase a RallyArt snorkel. New from dealer $175.
Makes a world of difference is legal and better then some after market pod filters and as good as most others especially if its just a daily driver.
Photo of mine but there are many more elaborate ones in these forums. Straight fit pull it out and pop the new one in!!

Cool, what type of differences did it make after putting the RA snorkel on?

With the RA snorkel, you'll get better acceleration and a bit more power in the lower gears, I find. Smoother take off. I've also got a K&N filter as well, which I noticed a difference with as well. Similar to the snorkel, it seemed to help with the take-off/ acceleration..

Cost me $110.78 AUD. Or, as Sarusa said, you can just go to a local Mitsi dealer and they should have no hassles sourcing one for you. Definitely a vital bit of kit for the Lancer!

Mitsy just quoted me $585 to change air filter, order/install "air inlet pipe". Did you guys just change over yourselves or have a mechanic do it?

lol doesn't seem to make sense!! If you know a reliable mechanic, get them to check it out. If car is under warranty, then
change air filter would be a legitimate charge at say around $50. However if air inlet pipe needs replacing that should be a warranty issue.
