Wheel Suggestions

Need suggestions on some new wheels to go with my white lancer, I've been into the local tyre stores and they dont seem to have the right type im looking for.
Been trying to find some cheap second hand ones online because I like to keep a good budget
So I was just wanting to see if anybody could throw me a few suggestions as to what I should get.
(Preferably 16" so I can use existing tyres because they are still 90%)

Maybe you should consider some plastic-dip and when the tires need replacing and you have more money go up to 17" or 18"?
