Hi all,

Currently have a 2008 VRX Lancer, entirely stock.

I purchased it very cheap for work a few years ago and aside from being painfully slow after my last two cars, it's served me very well.

My interests are basically powerlifting and downhill mountain biking, both of which are where the majority of my excess funds go.

Any other questions, please feel free to ask!

Cheers,

Grrilla

Welcome to the club Joe, the VRX Lancers are a nice looking car, what colour do you own?

Thanks, I have a blue one.. Picked it up in 2010 for $15k with 60k kms on it, was a bargain at the time.

Not really any planned mods, maybe something to let it breathe easier but I'm saving for something that suits my driving style better. I do a fair bit of downhill riding and the Lancer isn't that great for offroad driving... So I'm looking for a cheap ute to prevent me killing it!

I was probably only going to throw a K&N filter, on my last Mitsu motor it just seemed to let things breathe a bit better. Plus it's easier to clean all the dirt/dust out.

What sort of mods and $$$ are we talking here?

Btw I'm based on the sunny Central Coast.
