Hi all!!
Decided to finally join up after coming across it in pretty much every Google search in relation to the CJ Lancer. Hmm I wonder why... haha.
Anyway I currently own an '03 CE Lancer, but I've always wanted a CJ Lancer in the ELECTRIC BLUE VRX.
Finally found a MY11 one. Hopefully get to pick it up by the end of the week!
Cheers!

Thanks for the warm welcoming guys!
Still haven't gotten used to driving it, just feels so big! (compared to the old 2door CE, anyway).
Also, the reverse sensors beeping at every single thing including coming out of the driveway doesn't help either. Oh well, better safe than sorry right?
I tried installing angel eye/halo headlights myself, after watching the CJ "How To" video on YouTube... But I couldn't even manage to pull out the first few 'clips' so ended up getting the brother to install them. Silly me I was trying to pull out the whole clip instead of just the top part! LOL
So here are some pics from the day I took the car home, and after installing the headlights:

Heya Aivey
Welcome to the club!
The blue is an awesome colour. Try to go out to one of the vic meets. Its nice to see other peoples cars in real life and check out their mods, That way you know if something looks good or not. The lights look awesome. Were they very hard to do?

Thanks Peter
Thanks for the tip Shannon! Yeah the Lightning Blue was the ONLY colour I would get! Looks like you have one too
I bought the headlights, so they were a simple plug and play... After removing the never ending (so it seemed) clips and bolts from the bumper. One turned out to be faulty which, was an inconvenience, but worked out in the end!
