Hi All,
Been a member for only a couple of weeks now so I thought I'd say hi to everyone. I bought my red Lancer VR MY08 not too long ago and found ClubCJ when I searched the net for info on CJ lancers. I have to say there has not been a single day I failed to check ClubCJ since finding out about it. Lots of good looking CJs here! I had no plan to modify my car but its so hard not to when you see so many nice done up cars in here!
Perhaps the first and easiest mod I can do is to blacken the middle part of the front bumper bar. Suggestions on how to do it would be much appreciated. Hoping to convince the mrs in getting a nice set of wheels soon too...So hard to decide coz there are so many styles to choose from. 1 that stands out the most for me is the wheels on Matt's (RAL1RT) black Ralliart...if only I can find out what exactly those wheels are

Welcome to the club mate :D.
In terms of the black on the bumper best to use Matt black vinyl. Your can get a signwritter to do the install for around $60 or you could buy a meter of vinyl for around $30 (enough for 3 attempts) and do it yourself.
There is a how to on this club in the how to section (located towards the bottom of the homepage) and this explains how to do the job. I do alot of kms most of which on country roads and I find that I have to replace my vinyl every 30000km or so (about 10months) due to damage from rocks and insects.
EDIT: here is the how to http://clubcj.net/viewtopic.php?t=381
