Saturday afternoon heading north (towards the city) on CityLink - a silver/grey sedan with SA plates, loud pipe, those mini-sharks-teeth things across the top of the back window.

Quick update - had the EPA noise test last week. Maximum allowed noise for a Lancer is 90dB. Loudest exhaust sound during the test was 86dB (on the over-run as the RPMs came down from 4500), 84dB everywhere else in the rev-range.
