Or you could strip it back off, clean it with isopropyl. Sand it back, clean it again and paint it like I did.

Thanks! I visited a local supacheap auto and there in store they mixed up spray paints, so I used acrylic, plastic adhesion promoter x 2 then aboit 4 x purple and 3 x gloss
