hey, i just put fog lights on my 08 ES, if i change my indicator to a VR-X with the fog lights on it, will/should it work?

Just wondering if anyone has a front and rear bumper they are looking at getting rid of. I have a silver 08 ES, mine have markings on the corners from previous owner.

I can get a screwdriver onto it. But the screw won't budge
