Im not a huge fan of sizzlers either. Only reason people want to go there is coz its cheap due its all you can eat.. but its All you can eat crap really :) Alan, we should be doing this at Little Lamb. I'm the same, I enjoy going to market square more then going to sizzler and you spend wayyyy less!!

replacing springs can be quite dangerous if you don't know what your doing or have the right equipment, if your not 100% confident in replacing them, get a professionals to do them.
