Well I got it out with ease... I didn't need to remove the main trim at all. I just need to force it out a bit more and came out pretty easily... putting it back on was another thing, had to line up the clips with the air bag surround and i was trying to put the under carpet inside rather than clip ...

Do I need to remove any trim above like the piano plastic bar? or the left foot side cover (near the clutch).


Also will the airbag cover come out or will that stay in?

Do i pull the it downwards or upwards the whole piece of plastic?

How do you remove the trim under the steering wheel?

How does one remove the trim under the steering wheel column. There is an airbag their.

I removed the screws in it and the foot well cover, but still seems hard to remove?

I am trying to be cautious because I don't want deploy the airbag.
